pct clomid (50/50/25/25) and nolva (40/20/20/20). bu ti dont understand the numbers in the brackets
I would adjust those dosages a bit, but for example, if it says
clomid 50/50/25/25, that means for the first and second week of pct you would take 50mg per day every day, and on the third and fourth week you would take 25mg per day.

the thing is i have gotten up to 220 b4 till i had hit an thyroid infection which made me skinnier and i had no idea why i was losing wiehgt till i had got down so i can improve my diet but i want to switch to the dark side for a try been on the good side for long time n know how long it can take
I suggest you take up boxing . 6'2'' & 165 . Strength you posted . If you have 13 or 14 % BF . Drop that a couple % . You would easily be a champ with that reach and knockout power . I believe that is like a middleweight @ 160 or cut to 154 . 23 isn't to old to collect some fat purses .
im currently doing bjj, at this mma training camp was thinking about boxing but mma is so much more intense and fun no offence to any boxing lovers out there
That's even better , You would out reach all the guys in your class. Get comfortable on your back , Arm bars , shoulder locks and chokes. Your up kicks could be blinding. Let the wrestlers take you down and thing there winning on top . keep up the dead lifts to straighten out body once you have arm . With your height and if your flexible the rubber guard would be easy for you. I'll be watching for you on WEC or UFC.
