    broken hand during last week of PCT

    alright fellas so i broke my hand during the last week of PCT - dr. said ill be out of the gym for atleast a month. Whats the best way to keep my gains?

    Damn bro that sucks...... Sorry to hear that.... At least it was during your cycle... Could look on the bright size.... Personally a broken hand... Really not much you can do. Keep on the rest of your PCT. Keep that diet in check. perhaps up calories. A month isn't too too bad.......... Just don't push it or that month can easily turn into longer.

    Do legs! Cardio! Abs! Had acl replacement surgery in October. Only day of gym I missed was the Friday of the operation. Dont let this slow ya down bro!

    Are there machines you can use that don't require your hands? Like chest machines and stuff.

    yeah true alright thanks for the help! All that strength i gained came through when i broke my hand punching someone in the face!

    Did you break your hand or your scaphoid ( think thats what its called, its a bone in the wrist)....If its the scaphoid then you can prolly still workout I know a bro of mine did.

    Do lots of legs while healing your hand.
