nolvadex question?

When taking nolva during cycle to get rid of gyno/keep gyno away, you would take 20mg's. Do I need to split up that dosage into 10 mg's twice a day or can I take 20mg's just at one time?

That would depend on your cycle, but in any case where nolva is required you should start taking it 2 weeks before you begin you cycle, and of course break it up through the day. I personally don't prefer nolva, but i would recommend 30mg 10,10,10. Also novla isn't great at reversing gyno, dont forget about AI's

if your just running nolvadex through the cycle as prevention 10/20mg ed is fine. although an AI would be my choice.
if you have symptoms then take 40mg ed until symptoms subside then sontinue at 20mg for the rest of the cycle.
Puss..nolvadex does knock out gyno symptoms, by reversing gyno do you mean once lumps have formed or just gyno symptoms. you want to stop it before the lumps form. once lumps have formed odds are nothing will totally get rig of it. may reduce the size of the lumps to where it isnt noticeable but thats about it.
nolvadex has been shown to be somewhat effective in treating pubertal gyno.

ive never heard of taking a pct during a cycle. I HAVE seen that if gyno appears, then start taking it. I believe that depending on what youre cycling depends on your pct. For example, when my next cycle finishes I will use nolva for 4 weeks at 40/40/20/20 starting the next day after my last tab....jmo...

everyone has there own theories on pct and how to use it. because everybody responds different to AS and AI and all those other stabilizers, it is kind of experimental for everyone the 1s time
