Hey guys, im new to the board and have been enjoying all the great info ive found so far. Ill start with a short history of my journey to a perfect body thus far. Right now im 25 years old and as i look back into time these memories come to mind... I was the chubby kid all through school, not obese but deff chubby, I was a big time stoner and party animal most of my late teen years. It dawned on me one day about 1.5 years ago that i was really not making any headway in life, and my entire lifestyle was shit...not to mention i was extremely out of shape weighing in at 215lbs @ 5'9" FAT. I decided then and there it was time to make a change, i started working out 5 days a week and made some good progress in a few months withought any major change in the way i ate. i managed to get down to 205lbs lol... next i went and saw a nutrionalist who helped me get onto a diet plan and i dropped to 195 and hit a plateau...i started on e/c/a and have been using that on and off for the last 6 months and ive gotten down to 184lbs as of today. Im very happy with the results ive made this far, but now id like to add someting else to accelerate my fat loss. Ive been researching clen/t3 for years, but knew i should wait untill i was ready and made enough headway naturally before i used it. I know diet is the biggest part of any body altering journey as im proof of that with the results ive made thus far. My bf is still on the high side, at least compared to some of the animals that loiter around this board, but its not anything near what it used to be, not to mention im easily twice as strong as when i started.
In my research of clen/t3 ive learned everything there is to know about it that i can aquire without first hand experiene. Ive ordered clen/t3 and i have ketotifen already for up regulation of beta 2 receptors that accompanies clen use. i am aware of all the risks associated with clen and t3 and i think im ready to take the plunge. I have also got my hands on some O.T. from a good buddy of mine who suggested i use it when i asked about something fairly mild i could use as a 1st timer. He suggested 50mg ED for muscle sparring during the t3 use, and he also said i may even add some lbm if my protein intake is high enough. I want to run both clen/t3 for 8 weeks ramping up slowly to gauge tollerance and down to be safe. i want to run the tbol 10 weeks and use eca for the last 2 when the clen/t3 is done. i also have nolvadex for pct im gonna use 40/40/20/20 protocol as this was suggested to me also.
I thought it best to come here for the final say. All you pros out there what do you think?
what are your thought about this cycle and how ive planned it out?
