Thread: gf anavar cycle

    gf anavar cycle

    right now my gf is doing clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. trying to tone up a lil and get rock hard. she's interested in doing anything even if it's illegal. i told her about anavar. im thinking of setting up a cycle like this

    week1-7:10mg/ed anavar

    what are your opinions.

    she's in decent shape right now but just looking for that extra edge. particularly reducing body fat around her mid section

    since already doing clen. make sure diet is in check, add cardio, and target the mid-section. no anavar

    Her diet needs to be in check and she needs to be aware that anavar will help put on muscle so she might gain weight, I know that a lot of females freak out when they gain a pound but hopefully she understands that muscle weight isn't bad. Make sure she has a decent workout routine as well, I like anavar much better than winny.

    10mg ED is fine.

    thanks for the advice. i train her actually. she does 45-60 min a day on the eliptical (about 4-5 miles) then does 30-40 minutes of weight training. she'll usually do legs every other day then incorporate a chest/shoulder/tri workout and a back/bi workout once a week.

    the diet she needs to monitor better. probably wont have her go more than 1500 cals/day. can you recommend a post workout shake for girls?

    if you want a shake i would go with something like this

    15g whey protein
    20g protein from egg whites
    30-40g carbs from oatmeal
    sugar free chocolate syrup

    blend and enjoy

    I use BSN's Syntha-6 it's a more complex protein shake and it's tasty ;-)

    Also, something i just learned that I have been doing wrong for a while. Have her do weight training first then do the cardio. Otherwise, it's counter productive.

    My girlfriend finished an anavar cycle a few weeks ago it was..

    Week 1-3 5mg anavar ED
    Week 4-8 10mg anavar ED
    Clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

    She gained 10 pounds from that cycle, he diet was on point and she did 45-60 minutes moderate cardio ED after workout. She cut up nicely and put on quality muscle. Got quite strong and quite vacular as well.

    In my opinion i would try my best to keep her away from the scale though, my girl was flipping out because she thought she was going to lose fat around her mid-section and drop some lbs. When in reality she lost fat around her midsection and everywhere else but gained weight.

    Not true and also potentially counter productive. I would keep cardio and weight training sessions seperate. Don't believe this magical theory that you some how use up all the glycogen in a weight training routine so that when you do cardio you only burn fat, it's completely un true.

    Cardio first thing in the morning, weight training in afternoon is always good. If another cardio session is needed I do it at night.

    yeah im gonna try and tell her not to go by the scale but by the mirror instead.

    ohhhh ok...

    My EX went from 125ish to 135ish and she did flip... She looked great but women do that...

    My EX a few exes before that one was helping herself to my winny tabs... dumb as shit but anyways... BAD ACME, as long as she knows...

    many women that use AAS do get bad acme also... So keep those few points in mind.

    You can believe what you want to believe but from personal experience pwo cardio does shed the fat. Obviously in a perfect world where time is not a factor, morning cardio followed up with an evening workout session would be ideal for cutting, but for most of us this isn't an option (due to work schedule). So for me, I am going to keep doing low intensity steady state cardio pwo and I am confident that I will continue to shed the fat.

    Yep, cardio before weights is a waste! Lift for around 45 minutes and then follow this up with 20-30min of low intensity steady state cardio.

    I had an ex who used var 5 mg ed for 6 weeks she hardened up not that much weight gain tho all she got was leaner

    So did you do a perfectly controlled cutting cycle with PWO cardio and one without? Keeping everything absolutely the same so that you know for a fact it is this post workout cardio that shed the fat?


    I don't believe in anything, it's proven exercise physiology. But we can speak over PM if you want to, I know I'm opening a can of worms with this.

    Nope, while I was cutting I preformed pwo cardio 4 times throughout the week and 2 fasted state cardio sessions 1st thing in the morning on the weekends. I don't attribute much of my cutting success to my cardio regiment, as my diet was responsible for about 90% of my success...weight training and cardio are only tools that I used in conjunction with a proper diet.

    Don't get me wrong, fasted state cardio has its place in a cutting routine but for most it is impractical, and this is where pwo cardio is ideal. Be careful with blank statements like "pwo cardio is counter productive", as this is highly untrue, and I believe that a very intense 1 to 1.25 hour weight training session will do a good job at almost depleting your gylcogen levels!
