I use reduced sugar and salt tomatoe sauce occasionaly and it tastes the same....ive just got some soy sauce...onion powder...garlic powder..cinamon...and hot chillie sauce...im not saying these are low fat... but using a litlle bit wont hurt and especially if its the difference of eating your food and not....you can also buy reduced and low fat mayo and salad cream..
i use plenty of hot sauces, red and green tabasco
parkay makes a zero cal/ zero fat butter spray - only 5mg of sodium per spray - this is great for veggies and sweet potatoes.
a little of this spray with some cinnamon sprinkled your pots and mmmmmm good.
1. man up and eat the food.
2. learn to use herbs and spices.
3. invest in some hot sauce.
