for myself. I am dieting really good. Narkisoss built me a diet and a work out plan. I am running every day and kickboxing 3 days a week eating 6 small meals a day. I am entering a boxing tournament in september and need to be under 200 lbs I am 34 which is an old man in mma and boxing these days. So i am trying to get to weight quick and add some strength and I want a more impressive fasique. I promise my diet is spot on by one of the best and so is my work out routine. I just need a boost and any strength advantage I can get.
