    Split up anavar dosage?

    I will be taking 80mgs of anavar ed. Do I need to split the dosage up during the day or just take the full 80mgs at once?

    Anavar has a short half life. I would suggest taking it in 3 doses
    30mg upon waking 30mg before training 20mg a few hours before bedtime

    Shurely!!! My brother is doing almost the same thing as you are right now! he is in his 3rd week . Only doing 60mg a day though
