Ok this is just for my personal knowledge. Just trying to get a good or atleast base understanding of different types of gear. I do not plan to run either in my first cycle which I plan to run in the coming months.

Ive done some research on the proper dosing and most of my reading has led me to believe 400mg/week for 10-12 weeks is standard dosing.
would 300mg/week still net some desirable gains??? or would it be a waste? has anyone ever ran less then 400mg/week???
Equipoise:
I found most suggest 600mg/week for 12-14 weeks.
Has anyone ever ran 400mg/week for 14-16weeks??? any results?? and decent net gains???
Please give me your input as I couldnt find much info on the lower dosing when searching.
