It's his second cycle and he is using Test E 500mg/week(first week 1000mg frontload) and NPP 100mg/EOD. Currently on his third week I think. And got a text from him last night and he's rather pissed that during sex it's basically impossible to finish. I would assume it has something to do with the NPP but I don't know how he could fix it. Prolactin/progesterone issue?

Progesterone and prolactin makes it difficult to finish. He could try an AI together with a dopaminagonist

Yeah, I've had some similar issues. Proviron really seems to help. I take it throughout the cycle, and during PCT.
