ok, i have the optimal nutrition protein that i take with milk 2x a day
then sometime in the day, ill take 5 ml of creatine serum and wait 20-30 minutes and work out
i really can't afford anything else (like weight gainers and excessive protein/creatine)
i weigh 109 pounds at 5'7'' (and thats pretty damn skinny) i eat like a mofo too, its genetic
my question is, will these above supplements help me gain desired weight? my focus now, is to just mainly gain weight more than worrying about muscle (and eating loads of fatty foods aint doing jack crap)
