    This was here look last year at 2 weeks out but she was doing Figure, got here going in as a lighweight bodybuilder this year.

    Your wife has an amazing body. Incredible.

    14% at 6 weeks out is phenomenal for a woman.

    She's going to look VERY impressive on stage, once leaner, and harder. What % are expecting her to step on stage at?

    She will indefinitely place well in the show. Congratulate her in advance for me, and remind her that although contest-prep is grueling, not to get her head down... the primed-human body (the picture of perfection imo) is worth the hard work!!

    Hopefully you can get her to pose a couple more times. My girlfriend is currently 12 weeks out from her 3rd show (figure)... I would love to be able to gauge the difference.

    I'll try and get some pics of my girl too! It would be interesting to see the side by side ( I find gauging bodyfat %, so difficult for women; even with calibers.. do you have the same problem? )

    Thanks for the kind words, she is working her ass off (literally). She has won several Figure shows but with the new "softer" look being favored by the judges she is switching to bodybuilding and wants to give Fitness a run next year as well. I would like to see her come in right around 119-122. That would put her right around 10%. She is about to 129 now (5'3-5'4).

    The only time I have problems gauging bf% with women (or men) with calipers is when there bodyfat is too high. Anything over 24% for women or 15% for men tend to make for inaccurate readings. I have pics from several women at all different bf% for comparison I can post as well.

    But still all the same, she has obviously worked tremendously hard to get where she is at and I hope she does well.

    Thanks Marcus, I actually increased her calories by 150 the last 10 days which filled her out pretty good. Plus these were taken at night so she is a bit softer than the morning look. Not really sure how much harder to bring her in, dont want to cross that line with the judges. She is sitting at 122-123lbs there, thinking 118 is still the number to shoot for.
