Thumbs up New here and saying Hi and THANKS!!

As the title says I am new here and saying hi from south east La.

The thanks part is for all those here that have posted all the information from gear to diet that has saved me about $300+ already and apparently a lot of headache! There is way more to all of this than I thought there would be to just put on a few pounds and I'm already a little naucious just from visiting the diet section. lol

I am just getting into weights again after several failed attempts probably due to lack of proper diet, knowledge, and patience and am looking forward to making it work this time with all the info here.

    Thanks
    RCB

    Thanks for the welcome!

I have been reading the forum and found a lot of good info. I forgot to mention earlier that I am a TRUE hardgainer due to Crohn's and an inherant high metabolism which means I will probably have to work a lot harder than most on the diet side of getting gains.

I have been looking for the threads on the best weight gainer powders but have missed it so far. lol Any point in the right direction would be appreciated. I can't seem to store much fat but I can build muscle. I know it sounds impossible but it has been that way all my life. I drove a truck for a few years with no exercise and ate constantly and never broke 150. Now I work as a carpenter and eat less and sweat all day in the heat and still stay at 145 - 150 lbs.

    My stats:
    Height: 6'
    Weight: 150
    Age: 34
Body fat: % unknown but very low
