I know that I have read everywhere that you should only use Test for your first cycle, and if you can't handle that add some D-bol. Only issue is that I want this to be the ONLY cycle I ever run in my life. I want a plateau breaker, and since I have been here I have gained 15 pounds. Thank you Ronnie with the STS training. I am now up to 5'9" 173lbs at 9%. I am 22 pushing 23 and I have another 2-3 weeks before I plan on doing this. I will continue with the STS training through the cycle and probably for the rest of my life, and my diet runs pretty close to the ideal. I have been eating 6 meals + 2 protein shakes a day. (protein shake = 1 scoop protein, 1/2cup oats, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 1/2 cup whole raw milk). I want to get up to my life time goal of 185 at 7% bf.
I can go in depth into my diet/workout routine if need be, but I would prefer not having an entire book written on basically what I am doing. Just check out
