    Why so tired?

I am so sick of being tired all the time. I thought it low test levels, but that sure isn't the case now. It is starting to affect my training now, and thats something i love more than air!! My diet is probably the best its ever been, pretty clean, but not to low on carbs. I get enough rest, wtf, im not even working now! I can sleep all day, but i wont let myself do that. Vit B ***** with my heart, so i cant take that, and im sick of pick ups and crashes from redbull. I take a multi vitamin, b6 (cant take b12) vit E, udo's 3,6,9 blend oil, vit d and c,sea kelp and zinc.

you eat alot of tuna? ive come across some studies sayin that mercury in tuna can not only lead to mercury poisening but also lethargy and such before it ever reaches the "poisening level"

    but who knows. just saying.

First thing I would do as an AAS user having energy problems while having enough sleep and good diet would be getting full blood work done. Check everything. You can have high Test levels and high free Test levels and still have crappy energy if estrogen is too high or prolactin too high or something else too low or whatever. http://www.directlabs.com/ is awesome cheap place to get bloodwork done especially if you don't have health insurance.

    diesel,

Dude i am pretty much the same boat. I don't work so have all day at home yet when i go to bed i can sleep 10hrs and still feel f*cked the next day, i mean sometimesd i just want to lay down and nap lol. I just run a h-drol cycle and on 3rd week of nolva clomid now so not sure if that is doing anything. I have never run any other cycle so carnt be this.

Depression could be the case bro but it could also be boredom.

Dude I am the same way! i have to force myself to get up and get going! It is mild depression! No Work probably not a ton of money no set schedule so there is no rush to do anything! Trust me thats where I am at! I am on call right now and for the day I work and 2-3 days afterwards I feel great! Sense of accomplishment, want to get things done, do things etc. etc. then after that the feeling of good goes away! The reason this happens to me is becasue I know I worked I did not waste the day, plus I made some money! a few days atwer that I realize I do not have to work for a few days /week and I have done all the stuff I had to do and I fall back into a funk! It will pass but not until you get a set schedule and some meaning in life! No disrespect and by no means calling anyone a loser or anything like that but that is when those same type of feelings started for me! go worse the less money I have and the less stuff/work I have to do!! Hope this helps and sheds some light on the situation!

the reason your tired all the time is probly because you aren't doing anything. when i get home from work im wired and if i sit down in a comfortable chair on the computer for 30 mins i turn into a bag of shit and dont want to do anything and end up falling asleep in the chair not long after.

get up and do something man go for a walk or out in the yard, work on your car, start a little project or somethin..

you could always get caffiene pills but i wouldnt over-do it haha

I was agreeing with the depression until you said you're not at all lol.

I definetely agree with the guys who said get a routine, hobby, something to do! I know if I'm off work for a few days and I'm not out doing stuff I feel like a blob.

One other thing can be your injections of test.... are you spacing out the injections on your test based on their half-life? If not your blood levels will not be constant and you will be on a rollercoaster with energy... you will get lethargic. Also, high red blood cell count when running cycles also leads to lethargy.. It's probably not that based on what you are saying, but just remember that too.

I went over my carbs and they aren't to low. Diet isn't bad at all, pretty clean.
My bloodwork is always fine, liver was up a bit once, but nothing bad. I sure will let u no. Mabey its just because of the training over the years. This crap is hard work and im sure it takes a toll on the body.

  35. #35
steroids lowers your blood glycogen levels. Hence the tiredness. Also it could be your sugar level through in a candy bar here and there. You body needs sleep in order to repair the broken mussel over training could also be a possibility. MONO could also be the cause.

Dude is prob just stress. If your're working all day, everyday, going to the gym, your most likely just stressed the fvck out like most of us are.

It may just be affecting you in terms of health, who knows, but I believe stress causes a lot of shit people are unaware of. Humans weren't made to machines. Maybe take some time off lol, IF you do a lot as it is now.

If you have depression then you might ask your doctor about Lexapro or another ssri, and also make sure that you get your thyroid checked out, some symptoms of low thyroid are depression, low energy, feeling cold even when you are warm, problems with concentration and motivation, ect

Edit: A good portion of the side effects from ssri's will go away after the first few days of taking them, they can make a major difference, but the good effects and side effects of each ssri can vary a lot from person to person

One thing that I do is watch some major action type movies or sports on the tv with the volume on the tv turned off, while listening to music, while I work out, it takes a lot of my boredom away and makes me remember why I'm working out

From time to time I watch music videos from The Doors and my mind slows the f... down and that helps a lot

    Take Care

Ok sorry if some1 has mention this but similar thing happened to me feeling tired while on ages ago, i found out that my iron levels were either really high or low while on and thats what made me tired. I got a bloodtest about 6months later everything came back fine except my iron levels were low mayb cause i wasnt eating enough red meat but i wasnt tired at the time, now its all fixed i believe. Low iron levels can make you tired.
