3rd Cycle Suggestions brothers!

2 Cycle down ( tried Sust 250 , Eq Anavar, Oral Stanazol, winny, etc)
12% BF
85Kgs


I was planning to do the 3rd cycle as follows

Cycle time 12-14 Weeks

Week 1 - week 4
Sustanon 250 EOD
Primobolan 400-600mgs/week
Dianabol (suggest for dosage pls)


Week 4 - week 12 (or 14)
Sustanon 250 EOD
Primobolan 400-600mgs/week
Anavar 40Mg/Day

Might add oral Winny again for the last 6 weeks if i feel like its needed.

Was a little confused between Test E and Sust 250. I loved the results of Sust 250 but the pain of injection and scar tissues EOD is what i hate. Also have heard that Test E results dont last long as that of Sust 250.

PCT:
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 100/50/50/50


This is just what I have come up with. I dont mind trying some other compounds. I really wanted to do Tren but am worried about the aggression it might give me.

your information of test E or sust is WRONG !!

they are ALL TESTOSTERONE !! keeping gains is up to YOU

the only difference in test E or sust, is the esters attached and all they do is time the release of the compound into your bloodstream

Agreed! Thats a lot of orals for a cycle. Since its only your 3rd cycle just keep it simple.

Test E or Sust, like they said, the gains you keep are up to you.

Even If you keep the Sust, I would drop it down to 500/week, divide it up twice a week.

yeh you are running you sust at way too high of a dose! 500mg of Sust is plenty. Sounds as though you could not hurt to do a little more research on these compounds you plan on using!

Guys I had reached 205 Lbs 2 months ago when i completed the cycle. But i got a tennis elbow and have not been able to workout 10 weeks now. On the last day of the cycle i was diagnosed for a tennis elbow and throughout the PCT and till date i have been off the gym which let to a lot of muscle loss. The contrizone worked and I am permitted to workout from Monday. Hence was planning a cycle somewhere in August.

the thing is you should be able to get to and STAY AT 220 Naturally setbacks or no setbacks.....that should be your base !!!
fix your diet first, quit wasting steroids and expecting them to do the work for you
