    clenbuterol

    hey guys,

    im looking to cut some bf, and i was wondering how much cycling clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off while i diet will benefit the situation. i kno it is used to cut, but i dont kno how well it works. my diet consists of basically oatmeal, lean meat and brown rice. i also do 40 min of cardio 4-5 times a week. what do u think i will be likely to get to?

    post your diet in the diet forum

    cycle is as follows

    20mcg two day then go up 20mcg every two to three days after till you hit around 180mcg, two weeks off, if it is the spray I would start out at 40 to 50mcgs and go from there

    alright thanks... but how effective is it?... meaning with proper diet and exercise, what kind of results can i expect to see

    it is great if everything is in check bro...

    I was keeping my heart rate around 114bpm while sitting in a chair...burned fat met my goals...so if you are using it with all the above you will do well

    7 100
    8 100
    9 100
    10 120
    11 120
    12 120
    13 120
    14 120
    off for 14 days

    I have read that to, but really with clen you have to find your sweet spot..60 is a little much if you have the real deal....this is jmo

    have ramped from30/30/60/60/60/90/90 now 1st day of 120..except little hand shake everything else is fine..should i ramp it up to 150 then 180..is it harmful at that dose..also do you have strength loss when on clen..i feel my weights are going down

    strength goes down i agree, i think its because it affects ur breathing..

    breathing is not a problem..i feel the failure is earlier than what you can endure..muscles give up very easily

    you got muscle mass?? and dude you are running anavar + tbol + clen.. Are you trying to get super skinny??
