im looking to cut some bf, and i was wondering how much cycling clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off while i diet will benefit the situation. i kno it is used to cut, but i dont kno how well it works. my diet consists of basically oatmeal, lean meat and brown rice. i also do 40 min of cardio 4-5 times a week. what do u think i will be likely to get to?
