Whats the difference between sublingual Halotestin and regular?

Aside from the obvious - that it goes under the tongue. Whats the difference?

Also, can you put more than 1 under the tongue? I jsut took 3 (30mg) in the past 2 hours and i feel like dying, is this normal? Symptoms: my stomach is killing me, and i have a terrible headache+lethargy. It kinda feels like i have test flu except with the addition of stomach cramps.
