Helping a friend work out and wanted to get him some tyoe of spreadsheet or something that he can tyoe in the exercises and weight he is using so he can actualy know what weight he is using every week to monitor hi progress
Use to have a spiral notebook the GYm in Vegas gave me
it was king of set up like this
Exercise set/rep/weight
but it was done professionally.
looking for something maybe I can print out?
any help much apprciated
