    wat do u guys think?

    hey guys im just finishin week 6 of my sus/deca cycle. I havent realy noticed any strength yet, but a little size, and shrunken balls. Am i just impatient? Wat do you guys think?

    im 221lbs, 21yo. Doin deca200 and sus250. 400mg of deca 2x a week, and 500mg sus eod. BREAKFAST-1 cup oats with honey, banana, 1tub yogurt and 1cup veg juice. M2-6 eggs hardboiled (1 yolk then just the whites). M3- grilld chicken with steamed rice. M4 protein/carb shake and some cashews + can of tuna slices. Another shake after workout. M6- chicken/ lamb roast or steak with vegies. Sometimes a curry coz im half indian. M7- 100g cottage cheese and honey before bed. 1 tblsp Peanut butter wen i wake for a piss. Did a half assed prop cycle. Didnt do much research then. I did just 400mg deca week 1 and 2, and threw in sus, week 3.

    I really hope you are not doing 800mg of Deca a week?? and 1500mg of Sust a week? Is this right.? Even if it is not right and you are only doing 500mg of Sust a week you should notice results off of sust within a few weeks! Can already tell your diet is crap!! Your 1st meal has almost NO Protein in it and I will bet you are barely getting 2200-2500cals a day! other than that I would have to say that gear is undersosed! and again, I really hope you are nit doing 800mg of Deca aweek!

    na. Doin 400mg deca and 500mg sus. How cn i improve the diet?

    You need to do some research! When you sre on a cycle you niot only need to eat clean but need more calories and the proper amount of protein! and the proper amount of carbs and fats!. need to find out what your TDEE is and use that as a baseline for how many calories you need! Myself when I am on eat close to 4000 and at least 325g of protein and close to 450g of carbs... thats is about 3100 calories from carbs and protein leaving about 60-100 grams of fat by the end of the day depoending on exactl what eat that day! I can tell by what you wrote for your diet it is not enough. No big meal b4 or after training and NO protein in the morning! Besides PRe and Post Work Out, your first meal is by far the most important! That re supplies your body after 6-10 hiours without a meal! go to the diet section and read up!

    I did a similar cycle and by the 6th week I had gain at least 10-15 lbs. And had significant strength increase. Hope your deca is legit.

    if you can say for a fact that you are eating that much and taking those doages, I will have no other option but to say your gear is bunk! Even with a long ester like cyp or enth people see gains by week 6! With Sust usually by week 3 week 4 at the latest!! that is the reason most people use it as they see gains sooner! Deca that can take up to 7-8 weeks to show but no good if your test is bunk!! Hoe it all works out 4 u
