Hey Guys/Gals,
My recent labs show my TSH (thyroid) at 1.49. The normal range is 0.4-4.00 uIU/mL. How much Cytomel should I take?
- I am 28 years old
- 237lbs
- 20-30% body fat
- 5'9
- Male
I work out, at the moment, 6 days a week. About 45 minutes to an hour of cardio a day and an hour of weight training - essentially, my old routine. Not worried to much about loss of lean muscle mass, because I know I can get back a lot easier than I can loose the fat.
