I was told tonwait 18 to 21 days after my last sust shit before starting my PCT is that correct and by waiting that long I won't start having any side effects of estrogen or of just waiting too long before doing pct

Yes that's correct, you are waiting for the compound to clear and the long esters make it take longer to clear.
