ECA stack dosage ok???

I recently just got some ECA stack from GNC and it says take 2 pills 3 times a day!?!? Isnt that too much??? I was thinking 1 pill 2-3 times a day??? Is it safe to take 2 pills 3 times a day?????

Depends what is in your "pills"...

Normal ECA dosage is 25mg ephedra, 200mg caffeine and 81mg aspirin.

2 to 3 times per day.

8mg of aspirin? That sounds kind of low.

This has about those same amounts EXCEPT it has 324mg of acetylsalicylic acid per serving, and 2 capsules equals 1 serving, at least thats what the bottle says......

Oops my bad!!! It's 81mg! Let me go back and edit it...

(yes 81mg, more than that thins the blood too much and can cause problems if you are prone to bruising or hemerhoidal bleeding).
