    Please Critique Pics

Ive work my @ss off for a few years now competing in D1 football and Im constanly under pressure to keep weight up and obviously have to do it naturally. I'm 6'4, 255, bench 510, squat 550, clean 330, and run well for my weight. I know i am not to lean but i just wanted to know what some opinions are and what i need to work on. Thanks!

Be much easier to assess if you just took some relaxed or semi relaxed full body pics front and back. Sounds like you are more concerned with strength than appearance (as you should be if this is for football).

What type of look are you going for? How old are you now and are you still playing? I'm guessing you were a blocking tight end in college? Your power is amazing. Especially your bench. Do you hold the school record because most are in the 500's unless you are major D-1.

hay dude i'm a rugby player we're not far off the same stats height and weight. you got hell of a bench press dude wish I could do that much. we squat the same but you clean a little more.
If keeping our weight on is a must then its hard 2 cut although there are some grate diet experts on here who would be more than willing 2 help u out. my opinion is u look good 4 255 natty. Another thing is don't worry about how good your muscles look we're all about power strength speed and weight not how we look on he beach! keep up the good work fella. I'd like to think you football players are a little more advanced than us rugby players in the weights room what does your currant routine look like? I wouldn't mind a nose?

with ur stats/strength u sound above the curve.
u should no what u need to work on, what part of ur game needs the most help?
    then train for that..

    what position...DE?
what are the important stats of ball players..40yd, shuttle, verticle?

Man that's some great power you have, I think in your position you shouldn't really worry about anything as you look good and have your strength up. I would say shoulders, arms could come up some but you look good man. Nice work.

Preciate the comments. I love power trainer but when the playing days are over i would like to slim down and get into bodybuilding...Bench school record where i am playing is actually 550 so i have two more years to try for that one, squat is 710 so im a little far away lol....But i am a tight end and fullback so those were some pretty good guess's...Thanks for the comments, they are very encouraging.

You've got a massive chest bro.

I'd work on dropping some BF%, while retaining your lean muscle mass. (IE) perhaps tighten up the mid-section; make the abs more visible.

Other then that, wheels look good. You should also focus on developing your back as well. it has great potential bro.

    Good luck with training camp.

keep ur bf a little high now, during the season it will drop, rather quickly as im sure u agree.......dont come into camp to lean, to easy to have a tear/pull...'
for football, u need alot mire speed at those positions, u have size to play next level, but work on speed...worry about bodybuilding in 2 years bro, focus everything on education and football...u have a lifetime to bodubuild, only couple years to play ball...

Right now i just got measured at 10.3 BF which is a little high for me, I like to be around 240 at 8.5% where my abs are back. it feels good being 255 and "thicker" but i do miss the days where my obliques werent love handles lol but coaches like me above 250 so i'll deal with it for now. At 240 i ran a 4.52 but at 255 I'm right at 4.60 in the 40 so i guess its an Okay trade off, just wish i could stay a little leaner and gain weight at the same time but will all the heat and running any kind of lean diet makes me drop 20 lbs instead of 5

You are definitely higher than 10% bf, I would put you around 15 or 16%.

For BF our training staff sets us up at a hydrostatic testing chamber. The water chamber is suppose to be the most accurate test there is but i guess it was off 5% from what everyone here thinks

At 10% abs are showing pretty well. I'm not saying your test was wrong for sure, it just seems a little off.

I'm sure it was a little off, came in at 215 and had abs and it had me at 8.8%, last year i was 235 at 9.8% and i've gained another 20 so i was expecting around 11% so 10.3 suprised me....Just hope its closer to the 10% than 15% lol

No need to drop weight, you play rugby. If you start up tennis maybe , you can drop some BF.
