well you have enough posts, so go to your USER CP and down to edit options, there should be a section on Private Messaging make sure that it is turned on
you also need to make sure you got the confirmation email after you registered and clicked the link in it
i didn't see that section on private messaging. it just had an option allowing me to receive e-mails from users. is that it?

If you haven't got it yet, "user cp", "settings and options", then "edit options", then scroll down to "private messaging" and click the box that says "enable private messaging"
i don't have the "private messaging"option there. it just lets me enable receiving e-mails from other users. could it be because i'm new?

Both glutes are sore, thighs, and shoulders so i was wondering if i should switch to biceps and triceps for a week or so and if that sounds good what would the right way to do it be?
no. this is my fifth week on it but it's just really painful and i'm all sore. i've never had biceps or triceps injections though

yeah reed i did actually. i did a lot of research and came across this diet which i started today.
8am – 1st Meal – Egg White Omelette with ½ cup of Turkey (10 whites, 1 yolk); 1 cup of Oatmeal with skim milk and ½ chopped banana
10am – 2nd Meal – Protein Shake with water
12pm – 3rd Meal – Chicken Breast Fillet with 1 cup of broccoli & sweet potato
2pm – 4th Meal – Fish (Salmon Fillet) with 1 cup of broccoli & basmati rice
4pm – 5th Meal – Protein Shake with water
6pm – 6th Meal – Beef ( Lamb leg steak or lean topside/centre cut rump) with salad (Lettuce/tomatoes/cucumber/Spanish onion/capsicum)
8pm – 7th Meal – Protein Shake with water
10pm – 8th Meal – Egg White Omelette with ½ cup of Turkey (10 whites, 1 yolk)

i have no idea. i've just been following that all day. it is supposedly a good cutting diet i found online. i picked that since i came across it so many times on different websites and nutrition forums. but i'm open for suggestions. i actually feel a lot better even for the first day. i was really starving myself. my workout today was incredible
Well I'd definitely what to know how much protein, carbs, fats I was getting in and get some fish and flax seed oil to add into the diet

You wanna be knowledgeable so you can do things yourself
But anyway just measure out the portions and write down the macros (protein/carbs/fats) along with the cals with each meal. These small details and taking the time to do such are what separate the quality and the lousy physiques.
thanks. i'll get there. it's incredible how much i thought i knew and all of a sudden i find out i really didn't know s***. i'm glad i found this place. i expected some miracle from that cycle and had no idea what i was doing. i'll hopefully fix that though and improve my diet from now on too.
i'll work on that diet in the morning and get the numbers straight then i'll post it back here so u guys can tell me what u think. thanks again. good night
Hey same here man. I learn new stuff everyday, everything from training, to dieting, and steroids. The more you read, watch videos of past pros about training and dieting the more you may realize you don't know shit.
hell people that are gurus still learn new stuff as new studies are coming out everyday.
