Hi guys, just a quick question on adjusting calorie consumption when moving from a cutting cycle to a bulking cycle (Natural or AS assisted), or visa versa.
Say for example your daily target intake on a cut is 2000kcals, and to bulk you need to get up to 3500kcals,- how quickly would you be looking at filling that 1500kcal void? - I assume it would be unwise and possibly unhealthy for the body to boost intake too fast, so my question is, what would be sensible e.g. boosting by 250kcals a week, 500kcals, or 750kcals maybe???
What sort of thing do you guys do when it comes to adjusting from cut to a bulk, or visa versa???
