here is my diet ( i cheat a lot but only "tastes" of things , plus, im not competing)
430 am -
Pancake made with
1/2 Cup egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
3 splendas
1/4 cups of sugar free syrup

30 Gram Protein Bar
about 7-8 grams of fat
10 am
1/2 cup oats
24 gram scoop of whey protien
3 spenda
1230-100
Protien Shake
30 Grams of protein
banana
1/2 cup organic soy milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 scoop of carbolyze carbs
snack
2 rice cakes
2 tablespoons of almond butter
2 tablespoons organic spread strawberry
4 oclock
6oz chicken breast
2 slices of 12 grain bread
7 oclock
protein shake with 30 grams of protein
1 banana
1/2 cup of soy milk
I would like to drop about 5-10 pounds of fat. What should i do ?

currently in week 2 of 12 week test e cycle 500mg wk
parabolan e3d with test for 3 weeks
then going only test until the last 6 weeks were im planning adding 50mg winny ed and tren
also may combine t3 with all that
