Injection Site Lump

Hi guys just a quick one, last couple injections.. ive noticed i have a small lump in my delts after the injection, not painful .. goes away after couple days as the oil disperses. could this mean im not injecting deep enough?

im not sure but I get knoting after everyone it takes a couple days to how but I get it every time

1. What are you injecting?

2. How much are you injecting in one site?

3. What pins are you using?

It can vary....

It doesn't neccessarily mean you are not injecting deep enough. You may be injecting too fast, then removing the pin too quickly. Inject slowly, you should feel how fast your body wants to take in the oil, then, after injecting, wait about 30 sec before removing the pin.

I also find that after removing the pin, if I rub the injections spot somewhat firmly for around 1 or 2 mins, that helps a lot too.
