Yesterday was the 7th day of Anadrol use. Mon - Fri I used 50mg Ed and then after the board agreed that 50mg for my size and bodyweight was not really enough, I bumped to 100-125mg Ed Starting Saturday!
I thought it was working on Sunday when I did shoulders, Did H.S. Shoulder Press macj=hine 1st and di 4 plates on each side on my last set. Couls not tell if this was good or not cause I usually do Barbell Shoulder Presses 1st (could not do them cause the Gym I was at did not have a way to do them except for smyth machine!)
Last night did legs and was questioning it becaue it did not seem like my legs showed any new gains in strength but I had lost my Knee Wraps and could not go as heavy as normal on squats so was left with a big "?"
No More "?" after tomight!! Started with flat bench..
Last week did 315# on my 4th set and got it for 2 and it was hard!
That was 5 Days ago.. Tonight did 315 on my 4th set and Did it for 5 Reps!
Then Did 350# on my 5th set for 2 Reps!
Yeh! I would say it has started to work!!
These gains might be a little ahead of themselves! I normally am able to do 315# for 7-10reps naturally but as I have gotten older the natural strength gains are not coming as quick as normal!
but Muscle memory along with the Drol & Test has me feeling that by the last week of my Anadrol use, (week 6 of 500mg Ew of test Cyp) I will be easily doing 315# for 10 Reps Again, Maybe more! just need to remember to stretch good! I have Never pulled or torn anything in the 20+ On & Off years I have been training! I do not want to start now
