im on cycle right now. currently running 100mg/ed test prop and 50mg/ed proviron.
incline dumbbell press 145x4. i kinda didnt finish the last rep all the way but pretty much got it. i felt my arms giving out and didnt wanna push my luck. could've gotten it with a little spot. i dont usually use spotters with dumbbells tho.
