Right I know before I get bombarded that losses depend highly on:- diet, pct and How you train. But how much is it normal too loose when say coming off a 12wk test E cycle. I have just got back from holiday last week being off my cycle for 7-8 weeks now, I have had no pro shakes or supplements in a while and it seems I have lost a ton of strength in the gym and speed on the rugby pitchand size returning from 2weeks on the beach. I started taking trib to try boost my levels again and ordered loads of protein powder and an all in powder ( maxi muscle cyclone), do you think that I can scrape back some of the gains I had before going on rest for two weeks? And what sort of routine should I follow at the gym?
