Ive heard a lot of talk about how to take your amps and when.
Some people say 1ml a week, and some people say 2.
Few of the guys at the gym said that they work in 3 day esters.
So he takes his 2ml a week, 1 on the wednesday night and the other on the Sunday morning so it works out to be specific.
Cause he said if your doing 1ml a week you just stay on the same levels.
I wanna know whats the best way to take it? If what his doing is good? Any other suggestions? And if it really matters.
