Going to start hitting the gym hard again, not worked out in about 5 weeks due to a broken hand, just been doing legs lightly once a week.
Here some pictures to show where I am at currently and where i was at 3months ago, any progress? I did a mini cut in between for me holiday now I'm bulking like mad again.
Estimate body fat etc aswel, and arm size since i dont have tape or anything :[.
I am 19 years old, 6foot, 13stone.
(The first 2 pictures are the old ones, last 3 are as from today.)
