Skake the vial up before pinning it?

OK I'm on 2nd shot of week six now test/deca.
Up till now I have just done my thing.This time I thought maybe I should be shaking the vial a little or mixing it around gently before filling the pin?I never even thought about this till now.Has this been affecting the amount I could have been getting lees or more I mean.Do you guys shake urs before hand or does it make any difference?

If your drawing the test and deca from seperate vial do not shake.

If you have mixed you test and deca into one vail that you draw from you need to make sure it is mixed well.

nope I draw from two separate vials into one pin and inject.
