Caloric need is 3100 (very active work in landscaping and train 5 days a week) macros are 98g fat 401g carb and 234g pro.
and your total calories?? sorry bud im not in the mood to do math.. lol
your protien levels way too low.... bring it up to 300g and drop the carbs the same value u bring up the protien..

So a ratio of something like that would be better? Same foods just adjust the amounts?

Because as you know they are the building block of muscle, and you weight 170lbs so he is trying to get you to eat 2g per pound or close to it at least.
that's not that high of an amount.. i do nearly 400g myself... that's an ass kicking...
