So my girlfriend feels shes a bit over weight and has been working hard to drop weight for a while now between good diet and exercise. She is becoming impatient and wants me to get her something she says. I'm thinking clen due to the fact I know plenty of ladies around here that have taken it and say it was going to weight watchers meetings but I know who there trainers are and they gave them clen. What i'm trying to figure out is what would be the best cycle for a female to take clen on, I have seen ladder cycles and normal cycles what would be the most effective?
