does arimidex affect gains/strength?

yeah I'd like to know this as well.

I started my cycle 5 days ago, and just ordered the l-dex today, and am wondering if I should go ahead and start it when it arrives, or wait to see if bad sides occur.

.25mg ed or every other day is a good choice
and you can still get good gains with the correct diet etc

I started mine at .5 EOD around week 5 of a 12 week bulker. I had to add in nolvadex too at 20mg's/day till gyno subsided...... made great gains.

If it does affect ur cycle, it's very minimal.

Adex won't harm your cycle at all. Eat right, sleep right, train right and your good to go.

I hope it doesn't affect it cause I started taking adex from my source that im almost positive was fake so my pubertal gyno got a lil worse so I ordered Ldex and today is my 2nd day using .5mg ED till it subsides which it looks like it may be already.

Hatchet, did you have any facial swelling/puffiness? Ive heard .25 is the normal dosage? I took my first Liquidex today and am hoping for it to reduce my swelling.

IMO adex will not hinder you gains at all at those doses but, one thing to consider is you will be taking another drug with its own set of sides so you have to decide if its a good idea. I personally like to control E right from the get go but if you want to wait that good too but if you start bloating up start asap don't wait for signs of gyno to appear.
