hi guys/ girls
havin a little trouble with my diet,getting a bit tired off chicken and tuna ,any idea's how to vary it a bit bearing in mind i am on a high protein 300 grams low carbs 100 grams thing i am already havin are egg whites,fish,cnp pro mr shake and casein protein , lol plz dont say sardines or turkey as they taste the same to me as chicken and tuna do so open to any idea's people![]()
