    4 Weeks of Progress

    First Cycle ever consists of :
    Weeks 1-12 250mg Test Enanthate Twice weekly Sunday Night and Thursday Morning
    Kickstarted the Cycle with 1000mg the first week.


    Started out

    Height: 6'
    Weight: 207
    Bf%- around 16-17

    Height: 6'
    Weight: 234
    Bf%- 18%

    just preliminary pictures to show my progress.. after the cycle is over ill post more

    Get the diet squared away and dont be afraid of knocking out some cardio as well. Really tough to gauge progress if your BF levels get too high.

    Keep worin hard. Long time left on your cycle. get to the diet section . So you get the best out of the rest of your cycle.

    sorry i didnt clarify.. when i started the cycle I was comming off of an injury and was probably glycogen depleted/dehydrated .. the picture is 2 weeks before my cycle and i gained about 7lbs of water/glyco within the first week.. so basically i started at 214 my fat gain has been extremely minimal. no need to be sarcastic.

    too much BF for a cycle dude, like Chap said get to the diet section for some guidance. don't waste your gear...

    i doubt ur below 20% BF to be honest mate... i would say more like low to mid 20's..

    i think the pics look ok man.
    u can def. see some progress. tighten up ur diet and keep doing ur thing...

    and its not a waste of gear, u are comming along good..

    It is very well possible to make those changes (up or down) if coming from a complete standstill.

    I go through the same thing every year, and some think im lying or photoshoping my pictures when i post them.

    I'd be taking advantage of being on cycle and do a major cutting cycle... please don't tell me you're trying to gain weight..

    Good job bro, keep up the good work. Your going to hold water that's normal. Make sure to drink plenty of H20 1-2 gals/day
