Now heres my problem. im in the us army and we are going to the field for 9 days. theres a gym out there so i can still workout. but we are going to be living of MRES (NASTY MRES) HIGH CARBS LOW PROTEIN AND HIGH FATS not good to eat for a week.
im thinking of bring some meal replacement bars out there along with a protein shake with a nice carb/protein mix. use the meal replacement bars for 2 meals and the protein shake for 2 meals then eat 1 MRE a day for like breafast. or just go threw one of the MRES and pick out the bad and not so bad stuff and eat the not so bad stuff for a meal. anyone in the army out there that has this problem in the field if so let me know what you do.
if your not in the army think of camping without a fire to cook anything on for 10 days. and all you got is MRES and what ever your bring out there. There might be a army dining facility out there not sure yet but ill see and if there is ill have some better options
