Hey how do u guys maintain strength i eat about 400 grams of protein a day im about to start my next cycle in 2 weeks but my bench is still dropping i eat evevy 2 hrs protein my mAss seems to be there but never strength is frustrating

Might not be eating the right things prior to working out. Do you feel tired at all or are you pumped up and ready to with all sorts of energy when you workout?
well today i didnt have my normal oats shake with whey before... first time in a while could that be why my strength was down 1-2 reps on beanch
I was using some noxplode for a while pre-workout and it was working well but definitely just make sure you get some carbs before working out.
yea i always do i had about 35 grams of whole wheat pasta but usulaly i have my shake and i forgot today no xplode isnt crap?
I find it gets me really hyped up and I get intense pumps during my workout.
yea off cycle i usually take caffiene and ephedra kinda the same pumped fealling im guessing
Any stimulant shoudl work about the same^^
