use 2.5mg every other day, it will affect gains but not immensly

Prostate can enlarge for many reasons. Sometimes it may be a hyperplasia or hypertrophy caused by androgen and estrogen factors. So an AI and 5-alpha-reductase blocker will help in this case. Bacteria infections and allergic response inflammation and even STDs are more common reasons for enlarged prostate however

...which are all finasteride. proscar is 5mg and propecia is 1mg. Dutasteride is a newer and more potent drug option as well

-aromatase inhibitors can cause some increase in bph (benign prostate hypertrophy aka enlarged prostate) by blocking conversion to estrogen and thus increasing the amount available for conversion to dht (dihydrotestosterone).

-finasteride and dutasteride (proscar/propecia and avodart) inhibit testosterone conversion to dht. dht causes scalp hair loss, but it also causes enlarged prostate, so the two can both be used to prevent it.

-it is important to note that finasteride/dutasteride will only work with test. androgens derived from DHT such as anavar, winny or masteron can still cause prostate enlargement regardless because they are structurally related to DHT to begin with, meaning inhibiting 5-alpha-reductase (the enzyme that converts test to dht) will serve no purpose.

-you can also try saw palmetto, which is a supplement that is supposed to help as well.

they are both made by the same manufacturer if i remember correctly. they didnt want to have finasteride competing with dutasteride, so they marketed one for prostate and one for hair loss, but both work well.

Some will experience frequent urination and some,,not all,,,will notice pain or pressure in the rectum area. This is common in ALL men,,not just AAS users.

It has been shown in the medical literature than estradiol can be as much a cause of prostate enlargement as DHT. some experts believe both must be present in higher than normal amounts. Traditionally, however, the prostate has been believed to be almost purely androgen dependent, with DHT being the primary androgen.

Thanx for alot of info, i m using test and masteron. but jiggaman you've said that the finasteride will only work with the test, but what should i do about the masteron? on the other hand i only got a week left on the masteron, then i m done with it. does deca durabolin enlarged the prostate?

masterone is a dht steroid so dunno perhaps u shud change the masterone for eq or something.
