Start by dropping your fat intake down to around 30-40g a day and lower your carn=bs by 1/3 and that will drop your calories.. this is all you needx to get chisled.. It is not done by drugs it is done by diet and hard work!
I have never used any steroids to get cut.. Just a good diet and cardio i actually do not like using AS while i am cutting because it can cause bloat and other sides!!
Since you are alredy on just keep at it and it will help you harden up!
Start doing cardio 6 days a week 30minutes every day for the first week
then go up 10 minutes a week
Once you get to 50 minutes, the next week would be 60 minutes.. instead go to 45 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night.. then weekly add 10 minutes to your 2nd session until you are doing 2 45-50 minute sessions a day!
once you have done 2 50 minute sessions for a few weeks.. drop down to 1 30 minute session for 1 week and then start the process over again! this will take you 8-16 weeks to do but when you are done you should be around 6-9% BF and pretty good shape! It is just time not compounds... even the top pros take 16+ weeks to get ready for a show! It can not be done in a few weeks with a bunch of injections.. It is done 99% with diet and diet only!
