Just wanted to say hey.
A little history on myself:
140 lbs. in high school
Got into lifting just after high school with some buds and got seriously addicted to the gym. With the help of supplements only, I made it up to 180 with 10% bodyfat. Bench max was 315. This was all over a two year span. Got really burned out between the diet and the countless suplements. From there I would go through phases of working out none stop, then taking some time off and getting fat and lazy.
Fast forward to today:
Haven't been working out much but I'm getting sick of being out of shape. I'm still around 180 but there's alot more fat then there used to be. I plan on getting back into to the gym to catch back up to speed. Obviously I have alot of work ahead of me before considering getting any extra help. But I know nothing about this stuff so it time to start learning. The thing that sucks the worst is there's no one I know that I would approach about this locally, so it might be tough to get started. But I'm getting ahead of myself.
