preventing pct acne

would like ideas from people with experience on how to prevent acne during PCT. have been taking anti biotics during my cycle. they have prevented acne. when i take them i dont get anything, when i dont well i get breakouts

would it be better to jab more pct in lower dosages or does it make much difference

This is what I am going to do for now on.

This way we can make sure we are giving out the right info.

Try to do it most of the time.

But after certain events have taken place, we should make this a standard "must have" rule.

Yeah agreed... I try to ask it on a regular basis.. but then you get the attitude when they have it in their pro.... Well it isn't my job to look for it....

I would recommend Accutane for PCT acne. Small doses, say 30-40mg ED for the first week, then dropping to 20mg the second week, and 10mg as maintenance. This is what has been recommended to me by a knowledgeable person.

Accutane is great, but we still don't know what he has on hand for PCT.

Use some of the topical ance annihilator by platinum labz. its the real deal and it works perfect for someone ON of OFF cycle,,,even during PCT when break outs can happen. Thats what we do and use.

Yeh anytime I'm worried about pimples I keep **2 THINGS** on hand that never fail.


One is trentoin cream (prescription retin a cream) and then pantothenic acid pills.

If you have a break out and start taking 6 -7gms pantothenic acid with meals, and dab a very small sliver of retin a cream, with in a week or 2 all the pimples will dissappear.

But you have to remember retin a speeds up cell conversion so you get more pimples the first week or 2, afterwards its always works like a charm for me.
