Hey everyone, first post here. I was recommended to lion's website from a friend, checked everything out and was kind of sketchy about ordering. I searched google for reviews, and came across this board, which gave me a lot more confidence in ordering. I ordered the liquid clen, keto and taurine. I've been taking the clen for 5 days as of today, and all though I haven't seen major weight loss or anything, I'm wondering whats the deal. I'm not asking about the weight loss, but I read in one of these threads that the clen tasted like 'cheap vodka', mine is pink, and has a fruity sort of taste to it. I have been seeing the side effects, (hands shaking a bit, headaches.. haven't been sweating more, and haven't checked my temperature yet), but does that sound right? It's a pink liquid with a fruity taste to it.

For the record, ordering from Lion was good. I ordered, and it arrived to my house (live in FL), in about 3 days. Very quick shipping time.

It sounds like what you got is totally legit. After 5 days you won't see major weight loss. What's your diet like? Without a good diet then you won't see much weight loss.

As far as for the fruity taste, lion must flavor it for easier consumption.

I don't follow a 'diet' really, just try to eat healthy. I don't eat fast food anymore, I don't drink soda, I would say I'm around 1600-2000 calories a day, I try to eat 4-5 meals. For breakfast I usually have raisin bran with skim milk, or scrambled eggs (I know I should just eat the whites). Throughout the rest of the day, I usually eat grilled chicken, tuna, lowfat/low sugar yogurt, a piece of fruit, and a protein shake at the end of the day. I probably should document better what I eat and be more consistent, but overall I'm eating much healthier than I used to.

I've just started taking Lion's Clen, and it's pretty good stuff. If it came from AR-R, then it's the real deal. I'm on my 3rd day and went up to 60mcg, and can feel the heat, a little shaky, and a little nervous like. Although it's a little better than the 1st day.

I agree with the other post about the diet. If that's dialed in and you know your plan, then this stuff just puts a turbo on the metabolism to help accelerate things.

Yesterday was the first week of my cycle, so far I've gone from 208 to 203.5 lbs. I question how accurate my scale is, but I definitely feel better. Will keep posting my progress.

It sounds like you got what you paid for. I'v had good luck with it, but I had to fiddle with my diet a bit.

I'm maintaining right around 205 lbs right now, but my diet went bad. I've been eating good for 5 days now, and I'm starting to drop slowly but surely again. I didn't realize what a HUGE part of weight-loss/muscle-building diet is.

I must agree with the others ...this stuff is not the miricale pill it helps but the over all benefits come with a better eatting plan......lean protiens low g carbs and let's not forget the good fats....peanut ,olive,and flax oils....get your mandatory ccalories and go from there the clen will definitely help 10 fold....good luck...

ARR's clen is totally legit. Used it a couple times with great results. Sounds like you are starting to see some weight loss, keep us posted on your efforts. How much clen are you using per day?
