24 y/o 5'10 218 22%bf , i am currently on my 2nd week of 40 mg of anavar a day,i am trying to loose weight and get cut ,i know i have to do pct at the end but i was wondering what is best and what dose and how long i should use it my buddy told me nolvadex,i was also wondering if there is anything i can use to assist the weight loss thanks guys .

Run Nolvadex at 40/20/20/20 and you could get some clen to help with the weight loose, but i wouldnt be cycling at 22% bf.

I'm in the same boat with you but for the last month I've been dieting and cardio. 7 days a week for an hour and 45 minutes per day(through out the day not at one time).

I 've lost a lot of body fat naturally(it does work) and just got my clen in to start at my 2 month point. honestly dude, get the body fat down first

While it is possible, its not likely that he will get moobs/gyno. I agree its best not to start at a high bf but it does work for some to to do a cutting cycle at a higher bf. If he was using heavier AAS I would be more concerned....
