    help on findin the right cycle

    hi from dublin,



    hi I am thinking of starting a cycle, I am 26 years of age, have been training on and of for 5 years, about a year solid now, I am 5 6" and weigh around 136 pounds I have tried all other avenues, protein shakes etc with no success, I am an ectomorph, i find it very hard to gain any weight or muscle,

    i am tinkin to do a 10-12 wk cycle of testosterone 400mg-500mg,wit novadex on hand,but unsure of the dosage if needed
    i am unsure wether to add dianabol on my first cycle, and i am not to sure of how much clomid to take post cycle. hope i have all the information i need, just lookin to make sure, tanks in advance for any help

    welcome.

    I saw your thread in the diet section.

    Probably best to get that diet straightened out, keep training and learning before you
    jump into a cycle.

    i did try it already, but couldn't keep up, weak,
    i find it so hard to fit in all the meals nessacary with work, as u av prob read i go 4-5 hours sumtimes without a meal,

    so i tink wats the point if i cant sustain the required food consumption,i am sick of bustin my balls in the gym, i lift heavier dan alot of the blokes pound for pound, was benchin 90kg 6-7 reps, 4 sets, but not makin any progress in size.

    If you haven't learned how to grow without steroids, you won't grow once you're on them.

    or you may, but you'll loose all your gains when you discontinue your cycle.

    Steroids don't work miracles. If you are unable to eat and go 4-5 hours between meals how will this change when on AAS? If you still go 4-5 hours you still WON'T grow. If you make an exception and start eating more when on cycle then just do it now. If you don't eat you won't grow. It's really that simple.

    i just cant get the meals in, due to work, as i say i dont get a chance sumtimes, for 4-5 hrs,so dats a meal missed.

    so wud it b a waste of time to do a cycle, i am a hard gainer, and at the moment i just cant fit in the meals required to actually start growin, i taut if i done a cycle i might at least put on some muscle mass

    Welcome. Get those meals in one way or the other. A meal replacement drink might help in certain circumstances.
