This may sound ridiculous but im lost.. I have ramped up my eating like crazy! For the first 2 weeks I ate every 3 hours until very very full.. I finish the night with 3 scoops of casein. I gained 10lbs in 2 weeks.. Week 3 I could not gain a pound. Week 4 which was last week I started eating ever 2 hours until I was about to throw up.. EVERYTIME. I would be stuck in some places because sitting up would make me want to barf. I went from 3 scoops of casein to 3 right before bed and 1.5 first thing in the AM. Now I understand 5lbs per week is not sustainable so please dont bother telling me this. But my question is how am I going backwards.. I just weighed in 4 lbs lighter than week 2. So now over 4 weeks im up 5-6 lbs.
My only guess is using the restroom. Before my massive eating I would use the restroom once every 2 days.. healthy or not thats what it was... NOW I go 3 times a day. Maybe its in my head.. so I tried staying really busy and after midday meal I would have to go again. This is the only reasonable thing I can think of for the weight LOSS.
So I tried slowing down the eating back to every 3-4 hours and 3 scoops casein before bed and I havent gone up or down a pound in 5ish days. I usually am up 3-4lbs before bed and wake up before my morning piss at the same damn weight!
Any thoughts, suggestions, comments would be helpful. I have been taking these blackhole pills to increase appetite.. those are crap. I have adjusted my water intake and i just notice i piss more or less depending.
