Did you guys increase your calories for your first cycle?

How did you guys change your diets for your first cycle? Did you drastically increase calories or did it stay the same and what were your results?

I'm not looking for diet advice here. I'm just trying to compare experiences based on whether you increased calories or not

yes i did increase them ...and if u want to grow and make good quality gains id strongly recommend doing so. If your goal is bulking or adding substantial muscle not just altering body comp or cutting there is no other way to go. JMO....

^^^ good point ....no reason to go overboard either...monitor your progress and adjust calories accordingly if needed. Id rather put on excess bf and not rob myself of muscle gain than eat to little (to a reasonable point)

Haha yeah my first cycle I didn't really up my calories too much. I was eating about 3k a day with happy gains. Now days I try to up my calories to 4k when on a cycle. You do get better gains. But a lot of guys don't really know the INS and outs on their first cycle. I was one of those guys. But fortunatly I researched and educated myself better on aas.

My problem is that I increased calories by 1,100 and now i'm almost done with the 6th week of my test-e cycle and I still don't know if it's the test or the calorie increase that made me gain 12lbs. My bodyfat has gone slightly up which sucks
